Booking a student with a homestay provider

When booking students with homestay providers, we aim to offer the best match possible. In doing so we need to consider various aspects of hosting, i.e. dietary requirements, smoking, family with children, animals, your location etc.

After matching a potential student with the host parent, a Booking Agreement will be emailed to the host parent, with details such as name, age, nationality of the student, arrival and departure dates, dietary requirement and any other special requirements.

Cancellations

If for any reason you have to cancel hosting a student, please let us know immediately. In the unlikely event of a student cancelling their course with Languages United we cannot offer financial compensation but will endeavour to find a replacement student. We cannot always guarantee a replacement student straight away. Languages United cannot be held responsible if flights are delayed or cancelled.
