Before Arrival

Before your student arrives

Check your student's arrival time and if they need collection make provision to pick them up at the correct time.

Your student may email you to say hello and make contact. Please do try to email them back. This reassures them and their families.

Make sure you meet minimum requirements such as room requirements, access to facilities, etc. See more details in Requirements section.

Remember that having spent most of the day travelling, your student may be hungry and tired on arrival. If possible, welcome them with a cooked meal.
