Safeguarding Policy
The Safeguarding Policy is addressed to all members of staff and volunteers, is available to students, parents, group leaders and homestay providers and is published on the school's website. It applies wherever staff or volunteers are working with students even when this is away from the school, for example at an activity centre, on a trip or travelling.
Languages United is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all students and any visitors regardless of race, nationality, age, gender, sexual orientation or religious belief. Languages United expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.
This safeguarding policy details the policies and procedures in place to ensure the safety of students and protect them from harm. All adults working with children are required to understand their responsibilities and abide by the policies put in place by the school to safeguard children.
